Rowen Wagner Design produces handmade product in micro-production volumes. We may discontinue or identify a product ‘Out of Stock’ without prior notice. It is important you provide us with an email address and contact information should we need to contact you about your order. All pricing refers to Australian dollars. Pricing is subject to change.

Privacy Policy

We respect and value your privacy. Rowen Wagner Design will never sell or distribute customer information such as names, email and postal address to third parties. Information collected is solely for the purposes of processing online orders.


All products from Rowen Wagner Design are guaranteed for materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from shipment date. Our products are made from natural materials such as timber, marble and leather. By nature these materials will change over time. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, exposure to moisture, exposure to direct sunlight or impact. Lead Time and Shipping

Some of our products are made to order with between 3 to 6 weeks lead time - please Contact Us for a specific product lead time prior to placing an order should you require more accurate availability information. The customer understands that parts of their order may be produced by external fabricators; we cannot be held responsible for external production delays.

We ship worldwide. Automatic shipping prices quoted are relevant for Australian deliveries only. For accurate Shipping costs outside of Australia, please Contact Us with your full delivery address including postcode / zip code. The customer is responsible for any additional fees such as Government and Country taxes, import duties and custom clearance fees.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please Contact Us immediately. We personally inspect every item prior to dispatch, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the product if you believe it is damaged or does not match your order. We reserves the right to determine whether a product is Damaged or Faulty, photos may be requested from the customer for clarification. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days of product delivery.

Our are handmade from natural materials, such as timber, marble and leather. By nature these materials possess variation in colour, grain and appearance - variations in material are not valid reason for product returns. All website photography is illustrative only. Shipping costs for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and will be deducted from the original purchase price in the event of a refund.
